Horizons has a new Bose radio/4cd player, DVD player with lots of movies, a huge collection of books, games and puzzles for children and adults. We also have potable water, not that common on the island. We provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers(big and small), some snorkel equipment, a floating chair, blow up rafts and water toys. We have hair dryers, iron, clothes steamer-everything you'd have in your own home.

Horizons Cottage is within a half mile of Salt Pond Bay, a great beach on the south side of the island where you can almost always see sea turtles. The VI National Park and Lameshur Bay has great hiking trails within walking distance of the house as well. Horizons Cottage is at the end of a very quiet dead end road. You can hear the tree frogs and waves crashing on the surf below. There is a restaurant and small grocery store within walking distance of the house.

There is a $200 security deposit for first time renters. Cleaning fees are included for stays at least one week, however there is an 8% USVI room tax.
In the event that the tenants cancel this agreement, all money collected will be retained. If the owner is able to re-rent the cottage for that time period, the retained amount will be returned to the tenants less a 20% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended for airline and accomodation cancellation expenses.
