excellent property clean big and reasonable. Amenities are great pool tennis fitness center. Did not use restaurant ,nocomment. Would definetly stay here again in future. Read more
This new 1700 sq ft ranch style home is located in the award-winning Venetian Golf and River Club Gated Community! It is right off of I-75 and just a few minutes from downtown Venice with its beautiful snow white beaches and annual record of spectacular weather!
This well decorated and furnished home features 3 bedrooms : 1 queen canopy bed in the master bed room (spacious walk-in closet), a full size bed in the second br., and 2 twin beds in the 3rd br. plus. a sleeping sofa in the immense living room. There is a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, 2 beautiful, grand bathrooms , an ample screened lanai including patio furniture, a utility area with washer & dryer, and an attached 2 car garage.(car not included!)

Owners happily answered all questions, no matter how silly. All in all a Great Place - It was a wonderful 2 months. The home was very clean and extremely well stocked - kitchen even had items I didn't at home!! Great area for biking; 2 pools; pool-side bar & food facilities; tennis courts, workout rooms, golf course, just amazing facilities - more like a resort BUT you had the choice of attending dinner or relaxing at home; the closest beach was approx 10 minute drive - which wasn't a big deal unless of course you forgot something!! Great place for a family vacation or a group getaway! highly recommended close enough to stores & attractions but secluded enough to truly relax and enjoy the sun, the sand and nature
