Our vacation rental is an individual apartment located on the second floor of typical Sevillian house. This Seville apartment is situated in the old center of the city on a pedestrian square with many trees. Around the square you will find many typical tappa-bars, restaurants, and shops.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed with bedsheets and towels and a bathroom with shower. The living room has a open kitchen and while staying in the apartment you will have access to the roof terrace which boasts a beautiful view of the square. In addition the vacation rental features a washing machine, TV, radio, and a computer with Internet access (WiFi). Rates normal season: 60 euros/day - 350euros/week - 1200euros/monthThere's a possibility of a third person sleep on the sofa-bed in the living room, Remember that guests under 6 years of age are free of charge.
