Our lovely Maison Royal French Quarter guest rooms have two private one bedroom accommodations with private bath and entrance. Each bedroom can accommodate two adults. The rooms are adjoining and can be opened up for parties of four. The vacation rental guest rooms in New Orleans are located in the front of our recently restored 1850's Creole cottage and so they have private entrances onto Royal Street and are independent from the rest of the house. We are located in the Faubourg Marigny Triangle, formed by the bend of the Mississippi River. There is street parking and also public parking within two blocks of our location. We are two blocks to the French Quarter, !/2 a block to Frenchmen St. Arts and Entertainment District, Snug Harbor, d.b.a., Marigny Brasserie Restaurant, Spotted cat, Apple Barrel, Cafe Brazil, Sante Fe Restaraunt, Praline Connection, Decatur St., French Market, The Riverside trolley, (take to Jazz Fest), and so much more. Private walking tours available.

Our rates are $150 per night per room with a two night minimum. Call for special occassion (i.e. Jazz Fest, Mardi Gras, etc.) pricing. Minimium stay may be required.
