... and the retractable awning allows you to decide whether you want to enjoy a shady deck or soak up some more of those wonderful rays of sunshine. After a long day on the beach, enjoy some pleasant conversation and a drink on the rooftop deck, where the wind is always blowing.
Heading to the beach in the morning is an easy walk. As an oceanside home, you do not have to worry about crossing the boulevard. Most of what you will need is a short walk away. Bisque fine dining restaurant, Joey's Pizza, Ott's restaurant, Brighton Beach Surf Shop, Kubell's Liquor Store and Restaurant, Pinky's Seafood (great takeout), and Acme Surf Shop - they are all less than a five minute walk.
