We offer luxury accommodations in the charming community of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. There are 2 adjoining 1600 sq. foot townhomes in the same complex available for vacation rentals. All homes are furnished very much alike. Our homes provide the highest quality furnishings unlike most everywhere else in town. Location, location, location… The homes are less than 2 blocks from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Both of the homes are directly across the street from a park that has tennis courts, soccer field, basketball court, bocce ball, shuffleboard, kiddy park and an exercise trail. Across from the park is the police and fire department, which is directly across from the beach. Not only is the location extremely convenient, it is as safe as could be. Additionally, the towns restaurant and shopping district is only two blocks away.

All the homes have a private yard with a hot tub, BBQ, Washer/dryer, private garage, the finest beds and bedding, entertainment systems, furnishings, fully equipped kitchens etc… All you need is a toothbrush and clothing. They all are two bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms that sleep up to six people.

We accept cash, checks, wire transfers, money orders and credit cards. Deposits
50% of the rental is due at booking, and full payment is due 75 days prior to move-in.

Cancellation
No cancellations within 75 days of check-in.

& Taxes
6% Florida sales tax, 5% Florida bed tax and a one time $150 exit cleaning fee.
