This 3-bedroom home is located six scenic miles from Whiteface Mountain, the 5th highest of the 46 High Peaks at 4,867 feet, and the legendary Whiteface Mountain Olympic Ski Resort. A short drive of less than 16 miles brings you to the village of Lake Placid, site of the 1932 and 1980 Winter Olympics and now a four season vacation favorite.

Windsong Cabin provides a smoke free environment that comfortably sleeps six adults or two families with four children. And… we are dog friendly! Whether you are an avid skier in the dead of winter, an IronMan contestant in the heat of July, or simply enjoy outdoor activities during any one of the four great seasons in the Adirondacks, Windsong Cabin beckons you to come and play in the Mountains of New York on your next vacation, where you can kick-back and relax in the cool of the evening and enjoy steaks on deck.

Payment Methods Accepted

Payments may be made via PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express), check or money order or cash. Checks or money orders must be mailed in sufficient time to clear our accounts on or before your check-in date.

Deposits

A 50% down payment is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50%, plus any security deposit or dog fee is due two weeks prior to your arrival.
No security deposit is required if you elect to pay Windsong Cabin directly via credit card. If you pay by PayPal, Check, Money Order or Cash, a security deposit of $200 is required at the time of the final payment and will be promptly refunded after the premises has been cleaned, inspected and inventoried.

Cancellation & Return Policy

You may cancel your reservation 15 days before your arrival date and receive a refund of your deposit less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to your arrival will be refunded only to the extent that the property is re-rented for the same period.

Fees & Taxes

Stays of 6 days or less are subject to New York State and Essex County Sales and Use Taxes (10.75%)
Your dog is most welcome but requires an additional one time fee of $50.
