Our Osage Beach vacation condo unit 10210 is located in The Ledges at the Lake Condominiums which are on the 20 mile marker. It is a walk-in (no steps) level from the parking lot and is a second story level on the deck side. It overlooks the main channel and has a wonderful view. By land, the directions are: From the corner of Nichols Road (previously 54-56) go 1.3 miles to Dude Ranch Road (You just passed Sycamore Creek Golf Course), go right .6 miles to Ledges Drive then on Ledges Drive to the Condo complex. (about 1/2 mile).

We've decorated and furnished our Osage Beach vacation rental with things we think our guests will enjoy and make them feel welcome. We've furnished a number of video tapes, books, games, & brochures of close by activities. We've even furnished some fishing tackle and a small tackle box containing a few lures, hooks, etc. for the guests that might enjoy that.

The master bedroom has a King Size bed, private bath/shower with double lavatory, TV, VCR, Desk, and chair and its own entrance onto the screened in deck. The deck of our Osage Beach vacation rental can be accessed from either the Living Room or the Master Bedroom and is screened in so bugs won't bother when you wish to enjoy the outdoors and/or cook on the gas BBQ.

The second bedroom also has a King Size bed and a TV/VCR combination. The 2nd bathroom with walk in shower is located off the living room just around the corner from the 2nd bedroom.

If additional sleeping accommodations are needed, the Living Room sofa makes into a Queen Sized bed. Here, you would have a 32" TV (over the decorative fireplace) to enjoy. A DVD/VCR is attached to this TV.

All the linens, towels (except beach towels), and wash clothes are furnished. The kitchen of our Osage Beach vacation rental is fully furnished with most any kind appliance you might want, coffee pot, blender, toaster, plates, eating and cooking utensils and pans. Also, a dishwasher, a fridge with ice maker, and a washer and dryer are included.
