You will love this very large, non-smoking, beautifully decorated studio condominium complete with a king-size bed, a bonus bedroom with a full-size bed, and a sleeper sofa. This is a true, gulf-front unit in one of the four Sandestin condominium buildings that are closest to the ocean.

Unit 4246, is our other vacation rental in Sandestin. The unit is located in the premium spot in Sandestin Resort where you not only get the awesome views of the gulf and beach that everyone seeks, but you can also sit on your balcony and listen to the live music playing by the pool. The band plays Jimmy Buffet-type music suitable for the entire family from 1-5 PM daily during in-season and select occasions during off-season. The kitchen is completely outfitted with an array of utensils. The Unit features an eat-in bar plus a dining area with table and seating for four. There's also table and chairs on the balcony for enjoying the gorgeous views of the beach and the morning sun! We supply the units with beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for guest to use.
Unit 4301, Beachfront 1 Bedroom plus Bonus Room, Sleeps 6, is a very special 10th floor true Gulf Front vacation rental condo with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, plus a separate bunk room for the kids. It easily sleeps four to six. The view is to die-for! Beachside Two is one of the four Gulf front high-rise buildings that are the closest to the ocean in Destin.
Everything is new inside! This unit has been completely remodeled with new fully equipped kitchen. This NON-SMOKING unit has a large balcony just right for watching the sun sets. It has a living room, dining room, master bedroom with king size bed and the extra bunk room. For your convenience you have courtesy use of the owner's beach closet that is stocked with sand chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys.
