Island attractions are many and varied -- more than 30 excursions depart from our dock. A must for almost everyone is a trip to Hol Chan Marine Park and Shark-Ray Alley, 500 yards offshore at the second longest barrier reef in the world, teeming with incomparable marine life. You can see almost all species of fish at Hol Chan, and can swim with and pet huge stingrays and harmless nurse sharks. It's a truly exciting experience.
You might also enjoy a day-long boat trip to Caye Caulker, for lunch and then snorkeling there at Coral Gardens. Caye Caulker is the next island out from Ambergris Caye, and is very small, with a few restaurants and small souvenir shops. Coral Gardens is less frequently visited for snorkeling, but offers both diverse marine life and very large, very unique coral formations.
Ambergris Caye offers many other activities of choice -- multiple snorkeling venues, beach barbecues, fly-fishing or bone-fishing, windsurfing, diving, parasailing, kayaking, deserted beach explorations, etc. And there is San Pedro itself, where travelers and locals alike walk the sandy streets barefoot and in cutoffs, amble into shops and restaurants and internet cafes, or visit a disco or beachside bar at night. Many island guests take excursions to the mainland, for cave tubing, an unforgettable experience, or to explore Mayan Ruins at Lamanai or Altun Ha, or to cruise jungle rivers, or go horseback riding.
The list of adventures and diversions is long, the total Belizean experience unique and memorable.

Belize Beach Suites On Ambergris Caye - Oceanfront Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Nightly rates start at $135 per night and vary depending on season, unit location, and whether 1BR or 2BR/2BA suites. Payment authorization can be provided via our website reservation form, or by phone. Payment is accepted w/Visa or Mastercard. All charge transactions will be confirmed via email within 24 hours.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required upon booking, for all reservations. Full payment is required for arrivals in the next 45 days.
If a personal or medical emergency, independently documented or verified in writing by a medical provider, causes a trip cancellation, and no trip cancellation insurance exists (strongly recommended), White Sands Cove will provide a credit toward an alternate stay, for the same number of nights, during off-peak season, at a time agreeable to both the guest and White Sands Cove. A $100 rebooking fee will be charged to cover administrative expenses. Refunds for non-emergency cancellations, less the non-refundable 20% deposit and a $100 administrative fee, will be made only if the guest provides 60-days' written notice and White Sands Cove is able to rent that same accommodation, for the same dates, to others.
A 9% government room tax, payable upon arrival, is charged on the total room cost. There is no service or gratuity charge.
