Belize Beach Villas On Ambergris Caye - Oceanfront Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
PER NIGHT RATES FOR THE REMAINDER OF 2009 START AT $129. HOWEVER, WE ARE DISCOUNTING OUR PUBLISHED RATES BY 20% FOR OCCUPANCIES BETWEEN SEPT 1 - DEC 22, AND ARE PROVIDING OTHER COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES AS WELL. SUBSTANTIAL DISCOUNTS OFF OUR PUBLISHED RATES ALSO APPLY FROM JANUARY 9 2010 ON, AND INCLUDE FREE DAILY BREAKFASTS FOR ALL GUESTS. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT THESE DISCOUNTED RATES WITH YOUR REQUESTED BOOKING DATES.
A non-refundable 20% deposit, paid by Visa or Mastercard, is required upon booking. Balances will be charged on a schedule which varies with the season, but generally is approximately 30-60 days before arrival. The full amount will be charged when an arrival is within 45 days. All charge transactions will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. Bookings by phone will also be accepted.
If a personal or medical emergency causes cancellation, we will provide a credit toward an alternate stay, at a time agreeable to both the guest and the resort. A $100 re-booking fee will be charged to cover administrative expenses. Refunds for non-emergency cancellations, less the non-refundable 20% deposit and a $100 administrative fee, will be made only if the guest provides ample written notice and the resort is able to rent the same accommodation, for the same dates, to others.
A 9% government room tax will be charged on all bookings. Many island resorts add a service and/or gratuity charge; we do not.
