Ocean front home. Very private beach area.
Ocean front 3 bedroom, 2 bath family home located on a private beach ocean side and a natural wildlife preserve on the front.The house is located 7 miles North of St. Augustine and approx. 50 South of Jacksonville AP.There are 3 bedrooms,two with queen size beds and one with twin beds, and 2 baths. There are also three sofa's that can be used as beds. The beach area is very private with beach access from the back of the house. There is no driving allowed on the beach in this area.
There is a patio overlooking the ocean for relaxing in the evening and cocktails.

Everything is on one floor with a private bedroom suite with bath remote from the rest of the house. There are cable TV's in every room. The TV in the family room has premium channels and a DVD/stero. All linens and towels are furnished and there is a washer and dryer on premis. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also furnished and a gas fired barbecue grill. All types of water sports are available in the area. The surf fishing is great and there are both group charter or blue water deep sea fishing charters. There are many great golf courses in the area, TPC/World Golf Village. We can also provide golf privileges at the private Marsh Creek CC. This would include the use of the pool and weight room at no additional charge. You would only pay tennis and/or golf fees. The club also has a fine dining room. Also for an additional fee we can provide access to the private Serenta Beach Club. The club is approx 2 miles South of the property. It has very fine dining, 2 pools(a family & an adult) and an excersize room. They also have varies beach activities schedule during the week.
