To the rear of the villa there is a large pool south facingwith extended deck allowing a large seating area to enjoy dinning and drinks in the sun or the warm evenings.The villa is easily accessible from Orlando Airport some 20 minuits drive and is easy to find from taking the toll road out of the airport onto the I-4 south to Jct 55 which is the US27 then turn right to Hains City go 400yds till you get to the Tourist Information Centre on the right and the estate entrance is by the side of the centre.

Sunset Ridge is a quiet gated community estate so does not have comunial facilitys that may cause noise from residents or guests. There are a number of golf courses on the main road for every level of golfer and for the ladies there are a number of shops and country stores nearby and the main shopping malls are about 20 minuits away.The best beaches are on the gulf coast near Sarassotta about 90 mins drive with some excelent restraunts to eat at in the evenings and watch the sunset.The Disney theme parks are a short 10 minuit drive away and Busch Gardens are about 70 minuits drive.
