I would like to invite you to stay at my recently renovated, 700 Sq.Ft.1 bedroom/1 bath, second floor condo in Coronado Place. This vaulted cathedral like ceiling and westward exposed condo is perfect for those who appreciate an illuminated and comforting living experience. The fully furnished condo has wooden laminated floors, breakfast nook, dining area, ceiling fans in every room, built in book-shelves filled with books and videos/DVDs, leather furniture, and tiled bathroom with shower. The large balcony comes with patio furniture. You are given private covered parking. On the premise you may enjoy a swimming pool, 4 jacuzzies, and volleyball court. A perfect home away from home.

Included are phone/answering machine, iron and board, TV/VCR/DVD, new microwave, washer with dryer in the unit, dishwasher, cooking utensils, bed sheets and towels, stereo and record player. Also, water and electric.
