50% of lodging fee due 7 days from receiving a reservation.

Cancellation & Return Policy

All cancellations are charged a fee of $50.00 PLUS:
61+ days prior to booking: full refund less 5% of deposit; 30-60 days - 90% refund; 14-29 days - 50% refund and refund of cleaning fee and security deposit if paid; 1-13 days prior to arrival - no refund of lodging fees; cleaning fee and security deposit will be refunded.

Fees & Taxes

Non refundable cleaning fee $150 and $250 security deposit, refundable upon a satisfactory checkout and 1% state lodging tax (taxes and fees subject to change w/o notice;check at time of booking).
