If you want to experience arizona, then the location is suerb. You can acess to the 101 in a quarter of a mile via tatum or 56th street. You are not far from Scottsdale, but you're not mixed up in it. City north, an upscale dining and entertainment district, and desert ridge, a casual lifestyle center, are just a few steps away. The JW Marriott resort is located a few blocks north and also has several restaurants and a spa. The inside was nice, but if you are over six foot tall, the beds may be a problem for you. Having to stop at the gate for security to let you in and having to wave a fob over a sensor to enter the building was a little much. This took away the relaxed vacation feel, but you have to rank your priorities. Resorts during spring break are filled with screaming kids and are priced ridiculously high. For spring break, this condo is a good value.
