It is our policy to keep your security deposit unless we are able to re-rent your space.
We require full payment 30 days prior to the rental period. In the event you need to cancel we will make every effort to re-rent the condo. If we re-rent the condo for the partial or full amount of the rental period, we will refund that amount plus the cleaning fee minus the reservation/ security/ deposit. However, we reserve the right to retain the rental amount and security deposit if we are unable to re-rent the unit.
