Cancellation
Cancellations and Refunds:For any cancellations which occur at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, refund of monies paid less $200.
For cancellations that occur within 60 days of your scheduled arrival date, for any reason whatsoever, deposits and rental payment are refunded only to the extent that your week(s)/month(s) can be re-rented.
