The actual address of this North Padre Island condo is # 9201, 15010 Leeward Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78418 (Leeward Isles....2d floor with private balcony and a good view of the Gulf...private 1st floor garage (#50) included.....please pull up any map site (Yahoo Maps recommended) to checkout the actual location and surrounding area! Fully furnished 700+square feet, one bedroom condo with lots of upgrades. Sleeping accommodations include a queen size bed and a pull out sleeper sofa. Portable twin bed provided on request. The actual main occupier must be at least 21 years or older to rent the unit. Absolutely NO hidden fees to rent. Have a nice day...and a great vacation!!

Close to restaurants (to include the Holiday Inn across the street for dining and entertainment), and super beach within 1 block walking distance. Corpus Christi downtown is an approximate 20 minute drive.
