Fully furnished 650+square feet, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo with lots of upgrades. Sleeping accommodations include a queen size bed, and a pull out sleeper sofa and/or a queen size inflatable mattress. A portable twin bed is available on request. The actual main occupier must be at least 21 years or older to rent the unit. Absolutely NO hidden fees to rent. Have a nice day and a great vacation!!

PORT ARANSAS, with deep-sea fishing and super shopping, is right down HWY 361. Close to restaurants, shopping and amusements. Corpus Christi downtown is a approximate 20 minute drive.....Texas State Aquarium, Lexington Aircraft Carrier, Hook's Baseball Stadium, Arena, T/L heads and lots more.

My husband & I visit your condo #15209 lee ward and it so clean and in a perfect spot, we enjoyed the clean pool and we caught so many fish during our stay we came close to staying an extra day. But my husband wanted to stick to what plan to get home and do thing we had plan to do once our we return back home. Dave you and Joanna are very nice host and we would love to visit your condo again in August really for me I 'd like to come sooner, but my husband can't take vacation time until August. We plan to contact you soon for our dates we plan to stay in August. By the way HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!

We had a very comfortable stay during our vacation in June 2005. This condo was right on Lake Padre and we also had a view of the Gulf. Quiet complex, clean pool, clean condo. You can't beat the price either. Dave & Joanna were great host. We will definitely keep you in mind when it comes time to plan our next vacation to Padre. Thanks for everything!
