This condo at Seascape Villas is directly on Lake Padre on North Padre Island and less than 2 blocks from Gulf of Mexico beaches. The actual address is 15225 Leeward Drive 78418...B-1...downstairs in front of the pool......please pull up any map site to checkout the actual location and surrounding area. Sleeping accommodations include a king size bed, and a pull out sleeper sofa and/or a queen size inflatable mattress. A portable twin bed is available on request. Small pets are allowed with prior approval. Absolutely NO hidden fees to rent. We welcome WINTER TEXANS (December - March available) at super monthly winter rates.

PORT ARANSAS, with deep-sea fishing and super shopping, is right up HWY 361. Boat slips and facilities for outdoor cooking are also available out your back doors. Close to restaurants (next door/down the street/etc), good fishing (redfish/speckled trout/etc, out your back door or in the Gulf) and super beach within 2 blocks walking distance.

I've been going to sea scape villas and pirate's crossing all my life my parent's took me as a baby we'd go once every yr now im older and still LOVE this place close to the beach , great pier for fishing not to many people im bringing my kid's to this place

Pleasure to rent from, condo was clean and in great condition, beautiful location and the Morris' were great to rent from. Will do it again soon. Wonderful peaceful location.

This condo is a great place to stay, it has great views, good fishing, excellent accomodations, and has many attractions close by. Mr. and Mrs. Morris were great to work with and my family really enjoyed their stay on the Island.
