This condo at Seascape Villas is directly on Lake Padre on North Padre Island and less than 2 blocks from Gulf of Mexico beaches. The actual address is 15225 Leeward Drive 78418...B-1...downstairs in front of the pool......please pull up any map site (Yahoo Maps recommended) to checkout the actual location and surrounding area! Sleeping accommodations include a king size bed and a pull out sleeper sofa. Portable twin bed is available on request. One pet under 10 lbs allowed with prior approval. Also, email for additional condo pictures. NO, the price is not a mistake. You might ask how I can rent so inexpensively for a condo such as this? I own the condo. I do not use a management company which charges 30% (low end) or more for rent/taxes/cleaning fees/etc. Absolutely NO hidden fees to rent. We welcome WINTER TEXANS (December - March available) at super monthly winter rates.

POOL is out your front door, LAKE PADRE is out your back sliding glass doors/patios, the GULF OF MEXICO is less than 2 blocks away with JP Luby Park, Mustang Island, Balli Park, Packery Channel, etc, nearby. PORT ARANSAS, with deep-sea fishing and super shopping, is right up HWY 361. Boat slips, and facilities for outdoor cooking are also available out your back doors. Close to restaurants (next door/down the street/etc), good fishing (redfish/speckled trout/etc, out your back door or in the Gulf) and super beach within 2 blocks walking distance.

This condo is a great place to stay, it has great views, good fishing, excellent accomodations, and has many attractions close by. Mr. and Mrs. Morris were great to work with and my family really enjoyed their stay on the Island.
