It is about ½ mile from Highway 27 which will take you south to Cypress Gardens, or branch off the 27 for Tampa and Busch Gardens, also Clearwater and St Petersberg beaches, which are about 1-1½ hours drive. You can take the Interstate 4 - East, to Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa or Daytona beaches, again about 1 - 1½ hours drive. To get to Sea World and the Universal Theme Parks take the Interstate 4 (East) only about 20 mins away. Highway 192 is only 5 - 6 mins away, where you will find many restaurants and shops.
Locally there is a Publix supermarket, UPS store for all your mail, Wallgreens chemist (drug store) and several restaurants and take-aways, including MacDonalds, and a garage in Champions Gate Boulevard. Half a mile up the road in the other direction is another garage and small supermarket, another Wallgreens, and behind this another shopping precinct. The nearest Wallmart is 5miles north on the 27, and another 10 miles south on the 27, and there is also a Walmarts on the 192 between markers 11 and 12.

Pool and PatioAs you enter the front door you can look down the hallway to the crystal clear waters of the villas own private fully screened pool, with lawns beyond. The large pool has underwater lighting, wide steps into the pool, which facilitates easy access for the disabled, with support. There is a pool heater for use in the cooler months. It is recommended to use the heater from the beginning of October until the end of March. There is a charge for pool heating. The extended patio area is furnished with a large hexagonal table and patio chairs, recliners and stools for those who like to eat al fresco, or catch the sun, which is on the pool side of the villa most of the day. The patio has a shady area, with an overhead fan.
To protect small children from falling into the pool, there is a screen barrier, which is removable when not needed. The patio doors from the lounge and Master bedroom are both alarmed for safety, but they can be switched off when not required.
For the benefit of our guests with young children, or children with special needs eg. Autistic, it is possible to make one room safe for your toddler to play in. There is a stair gate for the doorway, and safety catches for the wardrobe doors to prevent them being opened. We have also provided, at no extra cost a travel cot/play pen, and buggy.
Internet connection. We have broadband internet connection, via the telephone system, but you will need your own laptop.
A safety deposit box is available for storage of your valuables. There will be a small charge for this.

Deposits
$200 per week, and the balance, minus the deposit paid, must be with us at least 8 weeks prior to visit.
There will be a departure cleaning fee of $75 for rentals of less than 8 nights
Cancellation
The reservation deposit and any payments made, minus an administration fee of $100.00 will be refunded in full for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.For all cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, the entire payment and the reservation deposit will be will be forfeited, unless we are able to re-book the dates in full.

Our Disney trip in October 2009 Robert & Patricia. The villa has every thing
we were looking for, safe secure, it was home for two weeks. We were able to relax there after exhausting days at the parks in temperatures reaching over 100f. Erin (age 7) just loved the pool, and was in it almost every day, it was a great comfort knowing she was safe. The villa is well situated, only a mile or so from the supermarket, and with in easy reach of the malls. It took next to no time to reach the parks, and restaurants. The staff at the office were very helpful when my Tom Tom decided to go on strike. With their computer they had it back in action within an hour, much to my relief. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anybody.

Great house - spacious, well equipped, lots of towels and some nice touches when you arrive. Great location, not just for the parks but for both coasts and proximity to major roads. Ideal for a family holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of hotels and parks, but close enough to enjoy all Florida has to offer.

Lesley & Daren (Mum & Dad), Zoe & Ross along with Pat & Derek (Nanny & Grampy), Weston-super-Mare , England , UK .
After a long trip, and a slight detour on the way (driver’s fault !), the villa was a welcoming sight. We found the villa very well appointed and extremely comfortable with more than enough space to spread out and relax. The pool was fantastically warm and proved a big hit with all of us, especially Ross, who managed a swim every day, regardless of our itinerary. The villa’s location was excellent, with easy access to local supermarkets, restaurants and the main highway only a short drive away. This convenience took a large amount of the effort out of arranging our days in and out of the villa.
We were extremely fortunate with the weather and had many fantastically sunny days throughout the course of our stay, which allowed us to make the most of the many parks and attractions. This also helped limit the financial exposure to the great Mall’s and outlet centres, Zoe could certainly have shopped until she dropped ! We all had a truly fantastic time and we have all taken away many memories that will last us a lifetime.
