All of this in a small complex of 28 apartments in a residential setting between Sunrise and Las Olas Blvd's just two blocks from the ocean and 20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Stroll through the boutiques of Las Olas, or dine in some of the areas best restaurants. The water taxi is close at hand and offers an alternative to getting around without using your car.
