Mossy Oaks Beach House Retreat Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Money orders, bank or cashiers check, travelers checks. You must be 25 years old to rent. Please add $150.00 for a single weekly cleaning fee. RATES DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS OR SPECIAL EVENTS...Call for pricing and availability. 304-462-8803 after 4:00 or all day on Saturday and Sundays.
Security/Damage Deposit $700.00, refundable within 7-10 days of departure. Cleaning fee of 150.00 for up to 10 guests, additional charge for larger groups. Pets considered on a case by case basis with a non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival entitled to refund of deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to planned arrival will forfeit deposit. No refunds for cancellations of special events. No refunds for cancellations due to weather.

I stayed at this house in the summer of 2006, and I had a wonderful time. The house is located in a quiet secluded area where there is not a lot of traffic, and the surrounding trees make it so peaceful and beautiful. The beautiful, spacious house has everything that is needed, and it is only a very short 2 block walk to the quiet beach. If you want more activities, it is just a short driving distance to the main Daytona Beach area with lots of restaurants and shops. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to going back again.
