$300 for weekly rentals, $500 for monthly rentals check or money orders, no credit card payments.
Monthly rentals. Upon receipt of a written cancellation we will immediately put the property back on the market for rent. If we can successfully rent it, we will refund your rent money and your deposit less $100.00 for processing the transaction. If we are unable to rent the property, your rent money will be forfeited and your security deposit will be refunded to you.

We stayed at this condo in May 2004. What a nice, clean, cozy condo. They had a lot of extras which made it very "homey" for our stay. Bravo. My children loved the shells on the table and my youngest child loved the Disney books. My son loved the board games. The patio was another big plus. The location of the condo on the beach (directly) was beautiful and so was the weather. They also have a great manager who was very friendly and helpful. Thanks gain.

We stayed here for a month in March, our month was fabulous. Hated coming home - especially to this dreary weather. The beach weather was glorious. My husband and brother-in-law rented a kayak one day, went on the bay side, and was amazed at how many dolphins there were in there and how close they would come to the kayak. We did go to Joe's ice cream place. Ahhhh. Well, it's all just a memory now. We found the property manager to be so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed a piece of that paradise Thanks again, guests from Connecticut.

We stayed at this condo in July 2003. The beach was white and powdery and the water was clear and beautiful. We drove to Disney for a weekend in Orlando. The kids had a great time and loved the beach and the pool. We plan to go again next summer.
