Cancellation
No cancellation penalties are assessed for online reservations until such time that the reservation is reviewed and your accommodations are confirmed. In the event we cannot secure your accommodations, you will be issued full credit for any deposits. Following confirmation of your accommodations, all cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee plus any cancellation penalties imposed by the hotels, golf courses and/or car rental companies. It is important to note that many hotels and golf courses have non-refundable deposits and strict cancellation policies. No refunds are issued if returned vouchers are received later than 90 days past the voucher date. No refunds are made for unused portions of the package once any part is used. Refunds are mailed directly to your home or applied to your credit card. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES31+ days prior to arrival: $25.00(US) per person, plus any prepaid, non-refundable fees.15-30 days prior to arrival: $50.00(US) per person, plus any prepaid, non-refundable fees.14 days prior to arrival: $75.00(US) per person, plus any prepaid, non-refundable fees.
