The following deadlines and costs apply to cancellations by the renter:Cancellations of 46 or more days prior to arrival: 20% of rental amount is forfeitedCancellations of 45 or less days prior to arrival: 100% of rental amount is forfeitedIn addition, a non-refundable booking fee in the amount of $50.00 is charged on each reservation.
