Cancellation
Should the client for any reason cancel the booking, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
- CHF 150.00 if the cancellation is made up to 90 days before the arrival date.
- 10% (but minimum CHF 150.00) if the cancellation is made up to 89 - 60 days before the arrival date.
- 25% (but minimum CHF 150.00) of the total rent, if cancelled 59 - 29 days before the arrival date.
- 75% of the total rent, if cancelled 28 - 15 days before the arrival date.
- 100 % of the total rent, if cancelled 14 - 0 days before the beginning of the rental period.

For 4% of the total amount we can arrange cancellation insurance for you. Sickness, accident or a serious occurrence at home are considered to be grounds.
