Lexington Country Club is a luxury, gated golfing community located between Fort Myers and Sanibel Island (see map below). Only 10 minutes to Fort Myers Beach where there are 27 outlets to the beach each with several parking spaces at each beach outlet. It has an 18 hole championship golf course, 12 lighted tennis courts, 6 heated swimming pools, bocci ball, driving range, putting green, chipping green,sandtrap practice area, biking trails (bike rentals also). The carriage home is 1854 sq ft with 330 sq ft garage (large enough for auto, golf cart and some storage), 161 sq ft lanai looking out over a lake and the par 3 14th hole (see photo-top). You can watch golfers tee off towards you and then watch them putt a few moments later. All ceilings are 9 feet.
