Waterfront Estate Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

25% of the rent as a good faith deposit
Upon cancellation for any reason by Tenant, monies will be refunded to Tenant less a 15% service fee only if the Property is rented to another tenant for the Lease Period. If the Property is not rented to another tenant for the Lease Period, Tenant shall forfeit all monies paid pursuant to the provisions of the Lease.
Security deposit of $1,000.00, 4% Talbot County Public Accommodations Tax, $150.00 Housekeeping fee, If payment is made by credit card, a $100.00 processing fee will be added to the total amount due.
