Cozy, comfortable cabin located in beautiful Cave Rock area, just a minute from Zephyr Cove with unlimited activities, five minutes to Round Hill for shopping and 8 minutes to casinos. Walk to the beach and boat launch for picnics, swimming and fishing off the rocks. Nice redwood deck off the front with table, chairs and barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen/washer/dryer and comfortable for 4 adults and two children max. - Queen in one bedroom, double in second, and small floor futon in living room, plus two lightweight single mattresses.

Cave Rock Lakeview Cabin - South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

A credit card is required on confirmation agreement in case of any excessive cleaning, missing or damaged items. The credit card is not charged and we get an 'authorization only' on credit card, so it is not charged, will not be charged with no problems and you are not waiting for a refund on a security damage deposit.
Full payment required a min. of 30 days prior to arrival. Summer beachfronts and beach access are due a mininum of 60 days prior to arrival and all holiday reservations are due within 10 days of confirmation. A full refund is given if you cancel 1-29 days prior with no refunds given after this cancellation period. We will try to reschedule your stay in the same property within six months of original planned stay at same property based upon availability. There are no refunds for all holiday periods.
