Milky Way Vacation at Heavenly Valley Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Full payment is due a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival, or within ten days of confirmation for all holiday reservations.Payment for all rentals are by personal, business, cashiers check or money order only made payable to Tahoe Escapes. For reservtions made less than two weeks prior to arrival, payment must be made by cashers check, or money order only as well as for last minute reservations.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
A credit card is required on the 'original' copy of the confirmation agreement in lieu of a security damage deposit. The card is not charged, but when signing the complete agreement, customer is agreeing to pay for any and all damages, missing items or excessive cleaning fees should they occur during occupancy of property.
Full refund if cancelled a min. of 30 days prior to arrival (holidays not included) 1-29 days cancellation notice is non-refundable, however, we will be happy to try and reshedule the stay in the SAME property within six months of cancellation. Holidays not included.
