Third table and chairs in big living room so you always have plenty of seating for family meals and games. Very well equipped kitchen and one large bath room has washer and dryer. Two car garage with remote and three additional parking spaces available at home, plus in the summer, guests may use big parking area just above house for boats, water toys, and additional cars if needed. Cave Rock Beach and Boat launch is very convenient, economicaland only a minute from home for easy water fun access. Great fun and memories in your stayin this comfortable large home.

Payment by personal, business or cashiers check only.Full payment due within 10 days of confirmation for all holiday reservation and for this beachaccess home from May 26-Sept. 30, 2011. All other reservations due within 90 days ofarrival. All three day holidays require three day minimum stay and Dec. 19, 2011 to Jan. 5, 2012 for Christmas and New Year visits, require five night minimum stay. Deposits
A credit card is required on the confirmation agreement in lieu of security damage deposit. It is an 'authorization only' and customer agrees to pay for any missing items or damages that might occur during stay at property.

Cancellation
Cancellations made a min. of 90 days prior to arrival fully refundable - No refunds given for cancellations 1-89 days prior, but we would be happy to try and reschedule the stay in the same property within 6 months of original reservation depending on availability. No refunds given for early departures, holiday or summer reservations as outlined above in payment methods.

$250 cleaning fee
