Payment by personal, business or cashiers check only.Full payment due within 10 days of confirmation for all holiday reservation and for this beachaccess home from May 21-September 20, 2009. All other reservations due within 90 days ofarrival.
A credit card is required on the confirmation agreement in lieu of security damage deposit. It is an 'authorization only' and customer agrees to pay for any missing items or damages that might occur during stay at property.
Cancellations made a min. of 90 days prior to arrival fully refundable - No refunds given for cancellations 1-89 days prior, but we would be happy to try and reschedule the stay in the same property within 6 months of original reservation depending on availability. No refunds given for early departures, holiday or summer reservations as outlined above in payment methods.
