Cancellation
Full payment is required a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival except all holidays require full payment withint two weeks of confirmation. NO REFUNDS for HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS, unless we are able to rebook the property or try and reschedule your stay at this property within six months of original reservation. All non-holiday reservations- Full refund if cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior, 1-29 days prior cancellations are non-refundable. All last minute reservations must be made by cashiers check, money order or cash only after arrival. CALL FOR ALL THREE DAY AND HOLIDAY RATES.
