Just a minute walk to the private homeowners association beach and pier as well as a nice lawn/play area for the children. Perfect for the family getaway or honeymoon couple. Kitchen and baths totally remodeled in past year as well as new furnishings, doors and windows. Use of private boat buoy in summer months available at an additional cost of $150 per week stay. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 30 days or more receive full refund. 1-29 days days prior cancellations are non-refundable, however, we will be happy to try and reschedule your stay in the same property within six months of cancellation of the original dates reserved. All holiday reservations are due in full within 10 days of confirmation with no refunds. If you need to depart early, we do not refund. Reservations made less than two weeks prior to arrival require full payment by cashiers check or money order only.

& Taxes
There will be 13% occupancy tax and $125 one time cleaning fee added to above rates. Everything is freshly made up when you arrive. All linens, towels, blankets, pillows provided. Cleaning and maintenance crew get ready for each and every arrival.
