About the apartment, i can honestly say it's one of the most beautiful in town. The apartment is positioned in the heart of the historycal center of old Sperlonga ( we call it High Sperlonga).The old town is closed to traffic but at its edge there are many pubblic parkings , 100-150 mt far from the apartment. The feature of the apartment is the right position. You don't need a car here, you can go on foot to the beaches in about five minutes, to restaurants, bar, shops, bank, post office, market in a few steps. The apartment has charming southern furniture, sunny rooms, a big kitchen-livingroom, two balconies ( one out of the master bedroom and one out of the livingroom) and a wide flowered terrace all of them overlook the sea and a 15km of sandy beach, the 'Ponente' beach, that goes way beyond the eye can see until Terracina. This flowered private terrace, accessible via a comfortable spiral staircase, is very well kept and private. It works as a solarium in the peacefulness of the day or as a dining area in the cool evenings. It has a big table, chairs, barbecue-on-wheels, two built in benches and a lovely fountain.
