4 Sunrise Apartments Port Maria Vacation Rentals Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
The rent is for 1 apartment (1-4 Persons) including cleaning the apartment and changing bedlinen and bathroom towels 1 time a week, gas, water, electricity, taxes, parking lot and you can use the garden. To make a reservation we take a downpayment of at least 1/3 of the rent in advance the balanca can be paid after arrival in Port Maria. Please note that in Jamaica we only take payments cash in US$ or Jam$. Otherwise we accept online payment with all major credit cards or from your banc account via Moneybookers.com. You can also make a banc wire from your house banc to our US$ account.

At least 1/3 of the rent. If you pay the whole rent in advance we can give a discount of 5%!!!!We also have special monthly rates for long term renters (from 10% up to 40%)
Cancellations more than 1 months before arrival we refund the deposit. Cancellations less than 1 months before arrival we take 1/3 of the rent (deposit)Cancellations less than 1 week before arrival the whole rent have to be paid. No refund for Hurricans and floods.
