A very private and relaxing atmosphere with everything Mazatlan has to offer, just a ten minute walk away. Our place is in a quite residencial area close enough to walk to anywhere in the golden zone. Bars resturants, shop til you drop at over two hundred indepent shops with everything you can imagine is for sale at fair prices and they all love to make a last price offer, so hold out, you could get a good deal. A Mini super ( MOM & POPS market) right next to our place they sell everything.

Carnaval in mid Feb. third largest in the world, after Rio & New Orleans. Internationally recognized 26K Marathon race Held in Late Dec. Motor cycle week, second week in April. Mazatlan holds one of the largest party's ever. Top off the week with a parade down the Malacon (Along the Ocean front.). There is always something going on.
