Security Deposit
A security deposit will be required upon arrival, amount disclosed above. The Guest shall be responsible for payment of the security deposit and all incidental charges incurred during the stay. The Security Deposit will be held by way of a pre-authorization on a valid credit card. Guest (s) will be required to sign a credit card authorization slip for the amount of the Security deposit. Cheques will not be accepted. The Manager may capture part or all of the security deposit to cover costs for excess cleaning, property damage, missing inventory, and noise violation fines imposed by a strata or the municipality.

Cancellation
Cancellation Policy - Accommodation
At the time of booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to complete and secure the reservation. The full balance, which is also non-refundable, will be charged 30, 45 or 90 days prior to arrival depending on period of stay. Please see deposit policy below. For reservations made within 30, 45 or 90 days of arrival, the full balance will be required at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.

Summer Season - May 1, 2013 to November 20, 2013
The balance of your stay is automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days, full amount is non-refundable.

Winter Season - November 21, 2013 to April 30, 2014
The balance of your stay is automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 45 days, full amount is non-refundable.

Festive Season - December 16, 2013 to December 31, 2013
The balance of your stay is automatically charged 90 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 90 days, full amount is non-refundable.

Add 15% net tax (2% Municipality tax and 8% PST and 5% GST on top).
Daily housekeeping is available through special arrangement for an additional fee (Stays longer or equal to 10 nights include a mid-stay full clean).
