In order to offer our guests a real ‘home from home’, we furnished our guesthouse by thinking how we would feel if we were abroad on business or on holiday.

You are three minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and the most significant historic monuments in town...Well connected to the Fiera Exibition Center (15 minutes by bus or tram) after a long working day you deserve a relaxing dinner in a typical restaurant or simply a stroll under our unforgettable Portici... Never heard of them? The urban layout of Bologna is characterized by long rows of arcades, varying in form and size, which are one of the town’s unique characteristics. They create fantastic light and shade patterns and offer spectacular perspective views. You can walk the through the history of our town under its 35 km of arcades, from wooden ones belonging to medieval houses to the severe and pointed archways of the 14th and 15th centuries, from the spacious arches of the Renaissance and the Baroque periods to the humble and narrow arches in poor quarters. Bologna has a fascinating gallery of unique architectural features and therefore can be justifiably called one of the world's most scenic towns.

is a cosy and very comfortable apartment, located just three minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore. In the very historic center of Bologna, well-connected to all the major monuments in town as well as the airport, railway station and the Bologna Fiere exhibition center. The accommodation has a range of amenities, specially created to make your stay in Bologna a pleasant and memorable one. Its strategic location allows you as a business professional to relax after a long working day or as a tourist to be in the heart of one of the most beautiful Italian towns. History is a part of your house in Bologna: look out of the window and you can admire the ancient Collegio di Spagna named after the Institute founded in 1365 by Cardinal Egidio Albornoz to house Spanish students attending classes at the oldest University in the world - the University of Bologna.

Our accommodation can easily accommodate three adults.

An additional suite composed of a double plus a single room, bathroom with shower and hairdryer,lcd tv 20 iches,fridge,freezer,kettle and breakfast corner (table and chairs)can accomodate threee more adults
Baby equipment is available on request.

We would also like to inform you that in via Collegio di Spagna you can find an internet point, restaurant-pizzeria il Tarì, a couple of coffee shops and a fine food, fruit and vegetable shop if you want to arrange a dinner for yourself. You will also find the ancient Farmacia della Pigna a pharmacy that dates back to the fifteenth century and an one internet point.

If the apartment is available you can confirm your reservation by paying 50% of total amount by wire transfer. After that you will receive a confirmation email. Upon you arrival you will pay cash the balance, togheter with a 100 euro deposit that will be refunded before you leave if there is no damage or keys lost.

Cancellation & Return Policy

TERMS
Should you cancel a reservation for any reason up to 30 days before your arrival, you will be refunded (expenses for the reimbursement will be deducted). Should you cancel your reservation within 29 days before your arrival, you will loose your advance payment.
After the confirmation, we reserve the right, in the case the apartment for any reason will be unsuitable for occupation, to contact you immediately to offer an equivalent or better accomodation. If you decide not to accept it, or if we are unable to find alternative solutions, we will refund the full deposit.
