One Story Townhouse on Gold Canyon Golfcourse, AZ Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Payment can be made through personal checks, money orders or through credit cards (through Paypal Secure Website).
A deposit of $300 for weekly rentals and $500 for monthly rentals is required at time of booking. Deposit is refunded after keys are returned and all checks out well, after your departure. We have an excellent record for rapid return of deposits.
$500 Cancellation fee will be kept if canceled within 90 days of occupancy.
No sales tax, no processing fees. However, there is a $75 cleaning fee for weekly rentals and $175 for monthly rentals.
