Dear Sirs,
I would like to thank you for the excellent accommodations experience that Dunowen Properties Ltd. had provided us over the past three months. We were looking for a temporary place to stay, while in the process of relocating to Vancouver, and the customer service at Dunowen was superb. Everyone was very friendly, professional and courteous. Our calls were returned promptly, and the attention to details was impressive: My wife has back-pain, and we asked if the mattress can be changed a firmer one; our request was accommodated like a breeze. We couldn't be any happier with the turnaround and fantastic service. Not to mention that the suite was in excellent condition, located in a prime downtown location and equipped with everything to make you feel that you never left home.
We will recommend Dunowen to all our friends/family who wish to visit Vancouver.
