Your $400 deposit holds your reservation, then upon your arrival it becomes your damage deposit.
It is fully refundable after your departure and key return.
After receiving your deposit, I will send you two copies of a rental contract. When I receive one signed copy and your rent payment (due 30 days before your arrival), I will send you the keys.
Cancellation
If you cancel your reservation, and the time you reserved can be filled, I will fully refund your deposit.
All deposits have been fully refunded to all guests who have reserved or rented the condo.
