This Outer Banks vacation rental also has a grilling area for your family cookouts!
Your vacation rates are kept low by cutting out the middle man! No management or cleaning fees! The day of your departure, you & your party clean The Simplicity & the cottage attendant checks & returns your deposit that week. All cleaning supplies and laundry supplies are provided, it is set up to be a simple and hassle free easy clean.
After your first stay you become a VIP!! Meaning no more security deposit hassles for you or the owners! Also, forget the hassles of all day or late check-ins. The Simplicity makes it easy for you, simply go straight to The Simplicity at 3:00 or after and it's all ready for the start of your vacation! (Check out is 10 a.m.)

The Outer Banks vacation is centrally located in Kill Devil Hills & away from the heavy traffic that vacationers find north. It is less than 1 minute from The Hayman Beach access (very popular spot, you will spend a lot of quality time here) 1 minute to KDH free public pier (the kids love it).
ATTENTION BOATERS!! Just a few minutes to the new FREE public boat ramp!!

A few minutes to The Wright Brothers Memorial, 5 minutes from Lafogatas, Black Pelican, and Goombays restaurants. To the north is Kitty Hawk, Duck & Corolla. To the south is Nags Head, Oregon Inlet (O.I. is great if you have a four wheel drive or if you want to see the sport fishing boats return from the gulf stream with their catch at 4:30 p.m.). Further south is Cape Hatteras & the island of Ocracoke. This makes for a great day trip! The sound is a couple minutes down the street & the K.D.H. public pier is free. The kids love it & it is great to watch the sunset.(p.s. Bring your bikes if you have them!)
Also close by within 2 minutes of Outer Banks home you will find a bank with an ATM, Department Stores, Grocery Store, Premium mini-golf course, and the following favorite restaurants; The Good Life Gourmet, Chili Peppers, Coastal Cactus, Henry's (Breakfast), and Brew Thru. And a movie theater to top it off!
