You are charged for one night, 143.00 for condos, 183.00 for cottages and 193.00 for Beachwalk House when you make reservation and the balance is due paid in full 14 days prior to arrival. Please print Express Check-in and bring with you.

Cancellation
Very strict cancellation policy. 30 day cancellation policy. No refund without 30 day cancellation. Only exception is a mandatory evacuation. By reserving over the phone you agree to all terms on web site on the Express Check-in page.


& Taxes
15% hotel Tax and you must clean unit prior to check out. Floors swept, garbage out and dishes washed or you will be charged a cleaning fee. No smoking or you will be charged extra 300.00 fee. No leaving balcony door open with AC on or you will be charged 100.00 fee. No underage drinking. No unauthorized pets, any authorized pets will be responsible for any and all damage. Carpet and rug replacement, furniture replacement ect.
