This house is located on a canal right infront of the Gulf of Mexico. Within 2 minutes, you can either be driving your boat or paddling your kayaks in the clear warm waters of the Gulf. Access to the Atlantic is but 10 minutes in either direction. Driving a car can get you to either the movies, fishing trips, snorkeling trips, or if you just want to beach it for the day, there are many beaches to choose from including a city park/beach located right on one of them. You can also drive your boat right up on the beach and have a picinic. So many things to do here in Marathon, and so little time, you'll have so much fun just trying to get all of them done!
