A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required. A detailed inventory check will be conducted following check-out. Guests will be responsible for ANY damages or lost/missing items on the premises. Security Deposit collected at time of reservation will be used to replace / repair such items. If villa is returned in condition delivered, the security deposit will be returned within 7 days following departure.
Owners are not responsible for any guest belongings left on the premises, nor will be held liable for any accident or injury occurring on the premises.
No refunds for cancellations once rental has been paid in full.
