I loved el Mirador! A short walk to the beach, this villa had everything I could have hoped for...an outdoor kitchen, pool table, great space to relax and practice yoga. Definitely looking forward to going back to this oasis in Puerto Rico! Read more
The El Mirador Villa is a 2 unit house. Rent one unit for smaller groups or rent entire Villa for larger groups. Each unit is complete with separate entrance, separate fully equipped eat-in kitchens, separate bathrooms and individual washer/dryer.
The Upper Unit : 2 bedroom / 1 bath - Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and 2nd bedroom with 2 Full size beds. Eat in kitchen, living room, outside balcony with hammock. Rear covered patio/lanai for morning coffee or evening grilling and dinners.
The Lower Unit : 3 bedroom / 2 bath - Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and a private master bath. 2nd bedroom with 2 Full size beds. 3rd bedroom with 4 bunk beds / dorm style. A 2nd full bathroom. Living room, reading lounge, front lanai/patio and outside open air covered breezeway with table and chairs for evening bbq's or morning coffee.
The upper unit can be rented for a small group, the lower unit rented for a larger group or the entire villa (both units) for a very large group. The entire villa (both units) can sleep up to 16 people.

1-2 guests / $129 a night or $850 per week. 3-6 guests / $169 a night or $1050 per week. 7-10 guests / $199 a night or $1250 per week. 11-16 guests / $379 a night or $2650 per week. All rates are higher between 12/18 and 1/10 depending on length of stay and number of guests.
All rates are subject to a 7% sales tax. We Accept paypal, (add 3% surcharge).

Deposits

We recently spent 8 nights this past Easter 2006 at this wonderful location. Six of us stayed in the bottom 3 bedroom uinit and three were in upstairs 2 bedroom unit ( we were 3 adults + six 16 & 17 yr olds) This is an outstanding place - everything we needed ( x's 2 since we were basically altogether) The outdoor yard is so beautiful and included a covered area with a pool table and darts - great for the teens to keep busy at night. Many of the best surfing beaches are accessible by foot down a path - eliminating always needing a ride and giving the kids some independence. The Bakery is a short walk up the block for snacks. The view is Fantastic especially from the upper unit. The surfboard racks were a great perk - keeping the place clear. This was our second surfing vacation in Rincon and we feel we have found the perfect spot ! I really wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Rincon. The owner, Stuart, gave us the number of the local taxi driver, Carlos who was great to have to and from the airport when traveling with surfboards - otherwise we never would have been able to transport all of us and the bags in the two car rentals. In writing this my only apprehenshion is that we are telling a great "secret" and we might loose out when we want to go next year.

The "El Mirador Guesthouse" was exactly what we needed. Peacrched on the hill overlooking the "El Faro" Lighthouse, El Mirador is an extremely spacious guesthouse with excellent rates. The property is very clean and maintained and the Vibe is very tropical. Stuart, the owner, took care of everything in a warming and welcoming fashion from start to finish. Every morning we checked out three different surf spots from the kitchen and front balcony. At night we cooked and relaxed in the lush tropical backyard. We hosted a BBQ, played pool, and soaked up the comforts. I highly recommend "El Mirador" to couples and families alike. We can't wait to go back!!

El Mirador Guesthouse - It's the hidden jewel of Rincon! There its is, the secret's out! .What do you seek on a vacation? It's all here. Great location, super ocean view, clean and contemporay, secure and quiet, affordable and a great enclosed pool table where we ended each day: surfed out and happy.No other choice in the area comes close to satisfying that all important need in your trip planning. My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

A beautiful place to stay, unreal Sunsets and Ocean view. This place is HOT !!! Everything you can imagine to make yourself feel at home, " I didn't even want to leave, it felt so comfortable" Situated in the middle of all the action, close to all the Great Beaches, Resturants, and outdoor day & nightlife. Once inside the property you forget where you've been & really experience all the tropical surroundings that you travel to Puerto Rico for. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend "El Mirador Guesthouse" to anyone looking for a piece of Paradise on the Island of Enchantment in the Caribbean !!!!!
