We vacationed from 09/13/08 to 09/20/08. You couldn't rent from greater people. Wayne and Mary displayed their integrity and personal interest in our vacation from the day we showed interest till the vacation was over. Emails and calls with details to make the trip more enjoyable made planning the trip flawless. I truly felt like I was dealing with a friend or family member. The condominium is immaculate and well taken care of. It is well furnished in each room. The view from the balcony is hard to pull away from. We simply didn't want to go home. Mary, Wayne, and their condominium may be one of the best vacation treasures of the Gulf!

This is the nicest beachfront property we have stayed at! Sandy Key 515 is beautifully decorated and comfortable and offers all amenities. Our kids loved the two pools and being so close to the beach!

We stayed at this condo over the July 4th week. It was a great vacation. The condo has a lot of space and has many upgrades making it a very nice place to stay.
The condo has a great view of the beach which is easily accessible. The beach wasn't crowded and was very relaxing.
I would recommend this condo as a great place to stay on the beach.

We had a fabulous time in Perdido Key. The condo was great. It
is decorated very nice and has beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony
and master bedroom. Another thing that is very nice is it's just an elevator
ride away from the beach & pool.
Our visit was during the height of vacation season and we did not have to wait
in lines for anything. Perdido Key has all the other vacation cities have to
offer except the crowds and congestion.
The dolphine cruise was fun and moderatley priced and the Gulf of Mexico was,
as always, gorgeous and very relaxing. The Couvillion's were very helpful and
extremely interested in our complete satisfaction. We are completely satisfied
with the area and the condo and we will be back.

My family and I had a great time at Sandy Key and found the condo exceptionally nice. The beach is right there, very close to the condo and one of the two pools is just a few steps away. We found the unit well-decorated and very nicely furnished with a tropical theme, making us feel that we were in our own piece of paradise! The kids had plenty to do with the beach and the pools, but they really enjoyed catching sandcrabs on the beach at nightime. My family and I will definitely return to this unit for our vacation next year!

We recently returned from staying at unit 515 at Sandy Key in Perdido Key, Florida. NICE! NICE! NICE! If you are looking for a nice,quiet, relaxing vacation,then this is where you need to be. This condo is right on the beach and has two very nice pools and a hot tub. The most enjoyable thing about this place is that it is not too crowded. There is plenty of room at the beacch and at the pools. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and roomy. The owners, Mary & Wayne Couvillion, are exceptionally nice and and want to make sure that you have evrything you need to experience an amazing vacation. Will you are there, be sure to look for sand crabs on the beach at night...our little boy loved this! We cannot wait to visit unit 515 and have already booked our next vacation to return! Mr. and Mrs. Couvillion. thanks for a great vacation getaway!

If you're looking for a beach getaway-look no further! Awesome, relaxing
stay. Unit 515 is beautiful, cozy, and clean! From either digging my
toes in the sand, rafting on the waves in the gulf, swimming in the
refreshing(and not so crowded pool(s)), working out in the gym, sipping
coffee on the balcony, or eating at one of the delicious restaurants
near by--everything about my stay at Sandy Key was perfect!
