Casa del Mundo has a personal proximity to the natural unspoiled beauty of the west coast. Located next a protected forest reserve, you can access hiking trails that lead from your private garden through huge cedars along side rushing creeks, dark green forest, alpine meadows up to the top of Grouse Mountain. With the prime location of Casa del Mundo you can truly experience the best of both worlds, the beauty of the natural environment and the vibrancy of a thriving city only 15 minutes away.
The Asian theme suite is decorated with colors and ideas that we discovered while traveling through South East Asia, such as the painted grass walls providing the ambience a resort on the beaches of Thailand, or the red and golden walls with sheer materials providing the environment of a Balinese spa. The suite features Asian artwork and paintings, as well pictures from the many countries that we visited while there.
The suite is very peaceful and comfortable, abounding with the ambiance of South East Asian style and art. Our time spent living in Mexico really tought us what mexican way of life is really about; taking it easy and enjoying the simple things in life. We fell in love with the bold colors, traditional style. We tried to bring this all together by creating a relaxing suite with special details such as a hanging bed, ceramic tiled sink, authentic mexican fireplace, terracotta tiles, mixed in with the bright colors seen all over Mexico.
The Mexican suite is fully equipedd as well with a complete kitchen, bathroom with a large walkin shower with forest view, king sized hanging bed, and a wood burning fireplace.

Casa del Mundo - Asian and Mexican Vacation Suites Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

Bookings under two weeks require full payment. Bookings over 2 weeks require half of the payment to secure booking, and the other half upon arrival.
Once you have paid the deposit, your booking is confirmed and you are responsible for the full amount of the rental. However, if you must cancel we will make our best effort to fill the booking. If the booking is filled, we will refund what you have paid us minus an administration fee of $250 and minus any difference between the full value of the rental and the amount we have been able to rent the suite for should it be necessary for us to discount our rates in order to fill the cancelled booking. In addition to the lost income associated with a cancellation in the self-catering suites, there are significant costs for us as well as a significant investment of time.
